Liability Waiver/Assumption of Risk: All participants at the event acknowledge their participation is completely voluntary and they assume all risks associated with attendance at the event. Additionally, all participants at the event agree on behalf of themselves, their heirs and assigns, and anyone who might assert claim on their behalf, to release, indemnify and hold harmless Avionica, ERGOSS, and its affiliate partners and respective owners, the event venues, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, representatives, heirs and assigns from any liability, claims or causes of action that may be released under applicable law arising from or relating to attendance at the event, failure to hold the event as scheduled and any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages. This release includes any claims for personal injury, disease, death, property loss or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and any right to seek damages.
Badges: All attendees must wear the official goLIVE 2024badge for the entire duration of the goLIVE 2024 conference. Badges are not transferable from one attendee to another and may be picked up upon arrival at the registration area onsite.
Data Privacy: Participants acknowledge that limited personal information may be shared with health, governmental or legal authorities upon request.
Image Release: By attending goLIVE 2024 you grant permission to Avionica, ERGOSS, and its affiliates to record and use eventvisual/audio images on Company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and the company website without acknowledgment or recognition.
Children: Children are not permitted in conference areas under any circumstances, including during installation and teardown.
OFAC Compliance: Avionica, ERGOSS, and its affiliates as responsible and compliant organizations, is bound by U.S. laws and regulations governing exports and re-exports of certain technology and products. Our responsibility is to safeguard our export privileges and protect the interests of Avionica, ERGOSS, its affiliates, and our valued customers. If you intend to share any technical data/information during this event, please be aware that such data falls within the jurisdiction of U.S. law. We ask that you exercise due diligence and refrain from sharing any information that may be subject to export controls without proper authorization. Each registrant and participant represents that he or she is not currently 1 included on the List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons or the Foreign Sanctions Evaders List maintained by the U.S Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (the “OFAC List”); 2 affiliated with any entity included on the OFAC List; 3 included on, or affiliated with an entity included on, any similar list maintained by other governments; nor 4 based in the Crimea region of Ukraine, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic region of Ukraine, the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic region of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. A participant who is added to, or affiliated with an entity that is added to, the OFAC List prior to attendance at the event must notify Avionica, ERGOSS, and its affiliates immediately. By attending this conference, you acknowledge the importance of adhering to U.S. laws and regulations, and you agree to respect the export control regulations that govern the products and technical data discussed.
Compliance with Laws and Facility Regulations: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and rules or regulations of the event venues. Participants found to be violating this policy may be removed from the event and prohibited from attending future Avionica, ERGOSS, and its affiliates’ events.
